Axirisk Risk Report

The report provides an overview: the degree of risk is illustrated per key focus area at the beginning of the report.
There is a standard for each of the areas that need investigation. In the report, you will also find a description of the findings per key focus area.

Each of the key focus areas is covered by 3 to 7 subjects, one question for each subject and, possibly some sub-questions, if necessary. The questions relate to the current situation. However, for some topics, such as finance, safety, and machine maintenance, we will ask for the reports of the last three years.
The Risk Report is available on paper and in digital format.
